Thank you for another fun Cooking Exploration today. Everyone who attended this afternoon’s event enjoyed it and the food you cooked was delicious. It was a meal in itself. I highly recommend everyone to escape from the stresses of life and go to Snowdon House to attend once of these events. They are relaxing, make new friends and see how you can make delicious dishes using Laura’s products in a multitude of ways. A gem on Mills Road which is well worth a visit. The classes fill up fast so book in advance. I was booking my summer classes today to ensure I get a space. Book early to avoid disappointment.

You also can experience the fresh air and get fresh eggs from her chickens.
I highly recommend a visit to Snowdon House. whether you are local or visiting the Saanich Peninsula. Come off the ferry and drive south to Sidney, turn right off highway and follow the signs to Mills Road – you will see the sign to Snowdon House. Enjoy. and see what Laura’s latest invention is.
